quick comment on the first debate
McCain hammered the “naive” angle as hard as he could, he was very in-your-face with his near contempt for Obama’s minimal experience. Obama was more subtle with his attacks on McCain’s age and “root rot” in “Warshington:” Obama several times brought up “20th century” vs. “21st century.” That being said, McCain was very forward looking regarding Iraq and Obama was quite backward looking.
